What this covers
The Nightshift shop, name, copy, layout, files, hire output, and the cover art. US copyright attached when the work was written. No filing fee. No one else may copy, sell, or republish it as their own.
What a buyer gets
A license to use the file or hire job in their own work. They may send the messages. They may not resell the file, post it as a product, or hand the desk’s output to someone else as a kit.
What nobody gets
- Clone the shop or pass it off as theirs.
- Scrape the files and list them on another store.
- Train on or republish the hire output as a product.
